As an independent business, we are not able to offer refunds. All sales are final. Store credit may be provided in special circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.


re:search ships worldwide, once per week. All items are carefully packed and shipped with corresponding tracking information. Please note that inbound customs duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. re:search is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and these will not be refunded.
